Partnering with local lodging establishments, we have designed the most affordable group sleep and ski packages anywhere in the Midwest! Whether you have a church group, a boy scout troop, or just a group of friends, we’re sure we have a package that fits your needs and budget.
All of our sleep & ski packages include two nights lodging, two breakfasts, one lunch, one dinner, meeting space, an open to close lift ticket at Caberfae Peaks, and ski rental. Snowboard rental is an additional $5.
Center Lake Bible Camp - $99 per person
Located 27 miles south of Caberfae Peaks in Tustin, Center Lake Bible Camp is more than just a camp. With multiple dormitory style cabins, several meeting areas and a game room, this 120 acre facilitywill offer your group other activities such as tubing, cross-country skiing, ice staking, horseback riding and sleigh rides. Guests will need to bring their own bedding, pillows and towels. Two hot breakfasts and one spaghetti dinner is included in this package. Package pricing for youth groups including lunch and a day at the Peaks is only $99 per person, with a 25 person minimum. Link to Center Lake Bible Camp
The Cadillac Sands – $109 per person
Located only 14 miles from Caberfae Peaks this lakeside resort offers 55 rooms. Rooms are comfortably furnished with two queen beds; color televisions with sleep timer remote controls, touch-tone telephones and a warm, inviting decor. The Sands works with each group leader in providing a comfortable stay while attending to their groups personalized needs. Two deluxe continental breakfasts and one 2-entrée dinner is included in this package. Package pricing for youth groups including a day at the Peaks is $109 per person, $114 for college groups, with a 15 person minimum. Link to Cadillac Sands Resort
The McGuire’s Resort - $119 per person
Located 18 miles from Caberfae Peaks this is Cadillac’s premiere resort. With 120 rooms and several meeting room options (by availability only) McGuire’s offers a fine dining restaurant, bar and grill with scheduled live entertainment on weekends and a gift shop. Rooms are spacious and furnished with two double beds, private bath, telephones, color television, radio and alarm clocks. Two home-style breakfasts and a pasta dinner are included. Package pricing for youth groups including a day at the Peaks is $119 per person, with a minimum of 20. Link to McGuire’s Resort
Although we quote our packages as one price, two separate reservations and payments are required: one reservation and payment with Caberfae Peaks and a separate reservation and payment with the lodging establishment of choice. Together our prices make up the package price.
Express Rental Reservation Process:
Our experienced sales staff will welcome your arrival, and quickly handle your check in process at the ticket office. We’ll then send you to our rental department, where you’ll be greeted by our skilled and friendly rental technicians. With a designated group rental line, we’ll have your rental equipment all set and ready to go through our Express Rental Reservation Process. From there, it’s out the door, and into a lesson or on the slopes for a day of fun!
The Express Rental Reservation Forms are included in the Youth Lodging Trip Info Packet above. However, you can also download them in Microsoft Word format, fill them out electronically, and e-mail them to us. Or, you can submit the information to us online through our SKI or SNOWBOARD group info submission pages.
