DORM PACKAGES
For the budget minded youth group or boy scout troop, we have a large room in the lower level of our MacKenzie Lodge. The Lodge is located at the base of the slopes! Simple, yet spacious, the dorm room has an accordion door that runs down the center of the room, separating the area into two units. Bathroom facilities are located just down the hall.
The room is furnished with card tables and chairs, pull out sofa beds, a limited number of double beds, a small refrigerator plus a TV and VCR. In addition to the room, groups have access to our outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Groups need to bring their own sleeping bags, pillows and pool towels.
Dorm Room Package:
The dorm package includes exclusive use of the room, 2 nights lodging, two hearty breakfasts served in our hotel, one lunch and one dinner in our Blackmer Lodge, plus an all day/all night lift ticket and complimentary ski rental for only $99. Snowboard rental is an additional $5. A minimum number of 20 youth are required to rent the dorm room. Maximum occupancy is 35.
Express Rental Reservation Process:
Our experienced sales staff will welcome your arrival, and quickly handle your check in process at the ticket office. We’ll then send you to our rental department, where you’ll be greeted by our skilled and friendly rental technicians. With a designated group rental line, we’ll have your rental equipment all set and ready to go through our Express Rental Reservation Process. From there, it’s out the door, and into a lesson or on the slopes for a day of fun!
The Express Rental Reservation Forms are included in the Dorm Info Info Packet above. However, you can also download them in Microsoft Word format, fill them out electronically, and e-mail them to us. Or, you can submit the information to us online through our SKI or SNOWBOARD group info submission pages.
