By making the single largest investment of the last several years, Caberfae’s dedication to manufacturing premium quality snow continues this season!  With a significant upgrade to our snowmaking infrastructure, we’ve increased our pumping capacity by 50% thru the installation of another 300 horserpower, 1000 gallon per minute vertical turbine snowmaking pump.

SNOWMAKING

• Increased snowmaking pumping capacity from 2,000 to 3,000 gallons per minute
• Additional pumping capacity will allow more snow to be made in less time, while consuming less energy
• Pump upgrade will greatly assist in achieving an earlier opening day, additional terrain open earlier in the season, terrain parks open earlier in the season and a more refreshed snow surface throughout the winter season!
• Added two more snowguns to the snowmaking fleet, bringing the total to 108

• New season pass reciprocal with Shanty Creek Resorts.  Show your Caberfae Peaks’ season pass and get a Sunday thru Friday lift ticket for only $9, and a Saturday or designated holiday ticket for only $19!
• More flexible lodging reservations, as a two night’s stay on weekends in the slopeside MacKenzie Lodge is no longer required.
