Express Snowboard Rental Form

As a group leader, the completion of both the SKI and the SNOWBOARD Express Rental Reservation Forms is strongly recommended. The completion of these forms will greatly expedite the equipment rental process and get your group onto the hill as quickly as possible. For your convenience, we have provided an online submission form below:

1. Enter exact heights, weights, ages and shoe sizes. Submitting inaccurate or incomplete information will lead to delays in the rental process. If all information is not complete our technicians will not set equipment.

2. There are absolutely no substitutions for rental forms. Only the person whom equipment is set for may use that equipment.

3. The forms must be received 48 hours prior to your groups arrival to guarantee that the equipment will be preset.
