Ski racing has long been a tradition at Caberfae Peaks.  We offer several programs, from Nastar every weekend to our JR RACE PROGRAM on Tuesdays & Thursdays, to the ADULT RACE LEAGE on Wednesdays. 

Nastar:

Nastar is offered every Saturday & Sunday from 1 pm to 3 pm on Olympia.  Register at the race headquarters at the bottom of Olympia on race days.  Cost is $5 for two runs or $10 for unlimited runs (from 1 pm to 3 pm).  

Junior Racing Program:

The JR RACE PROGRAM is for children ages 6 to 14 and is offered every Tuesday and Thursday evening, starting January 4th.  For more information, contact Joe Host at Sun N Snow ski shop.

Wednesday Night Adult Race League:

Get a team and race in the Wednesday night ADULT RACE LEAGE this winter!  Racing is at 7 pm every Wednesday, with awards and results following in R Dub’s Pub.  The league runs from January 5th thru March 16th.  Teams of 3 compete against eachother, with handicaps, making it fun & competitive for everyone!  For additional information and to sign up for the league, contact Joe Host at Sun N Snow ski shop.

Spring Race Series:

Sun, March 4: Earl Huckle Memorial Race

• 1pm start, register in the Blackmer Lodge starting at 9 am
• Giant Slalom on Liberty & Olympia - Open to all
• $10 per adult (18 and over), $5 for children (17 and under)
• 100% of the proceeds go towards the Cadillac Ski Club Junior Race Program

Sun, March 11: Jim Wickham Memorial Race

• 11 am start, register at the ticket office starting at 9 am
• Slalom on Liberty – Open to all
• $14 per racer, or $20 for both the Wickham and the Gold Cup
• Age divisions: 0-10, 11-14, 15-17, 18-35, 36-46, 47-57, 58 and up

Sun, March 18: Caberfae Peaks Gold Cup Super G

• 11 am start, register at the ticket office starting at 9 am
• Super Giant Slalom on GGs Ride – Open to all
• $14 per racer, or $20 for both the Wickham and the Gold Cup
• Age divisions: 0-7, 8-10, 11-13, 14-16, 17-32, 33-45, 46-59, 60+
• Overall Male & Female Winners
