LODGING DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION & MODIFICATON POLICY:
- A deposit equal to the first night’s stay is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellations or Modifications outside 2 weeks from date of arrival will result in a $10 fee, per room.
- Cancellation inside of 2 weeks from the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Modification inside of 2 weeks from the date of arrival will result in a $100 fee, per room.
- Modification on the day of arrival, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
