LODGING DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY:

• A deposit equal to the first night’s stay is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellation outside of 1 week from the date of arrival will result in a $10 cancellation fee, per room.
• Cancellation inside of 1 week from the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit, per room.
• Reservation modification inside of 1 week of the date of arrival will result in a $25 fee at the time of modification.
• Modification inside of 1 week, followed by a cancellation at any point, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
• Reservations Dec 26th through Jan 4th require a 2 week cancellation notice.
