WINTER LODGING DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY (Nov 21 – April 7):

• A deposit equal to the first night’s stay, per room is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellations outside of 1 week from the date of arrival, results in a $10 cancellation fee, per room.
• Cancellations inside of 1 week from the date of arrival, the deposit will be forfeited, per room.
• Cancellations, or No Shows, on the day of arrival will result in forfeit of deposit.
• Reservation modifications outside of 1 week of the date of arrival, will not result in any fees.
• Reservation modification inside of 1 week of the date of arrival, will result in a $25 fee at the time of modification.

SUMMER LODGING & CANCELLATION POLICY (April 8 – Nov 20):

• The first full night’s room charge is required at the time of booking.
• If room is cancelled prior to 4 pm the day before arrival, there is no cancellation fee with full refund
• If room is cancelled after 4 pm the day before arrival, the cancellation fee is the first full night’s room rate with no refund.
